In emergency, our ER physicians provide online video consultations around the clock. ER doctors come from major medical institutions across Taiwan and provide you with online consultation services anytime and anywhere. After the consultation, our doctors will issue an online prescription and medical notes.

Medication Consultation
Safe and secure medication use, with one-on-one consultation from pharmacists. After consultation with the doctor, you can ask drug-related questions via text. Our pharmacists will provide complete medication guidance, appropriateness assessment and medication safety reminders based on individual conditions to ensure that you receive proper medication management in follow-up care.

Medication delivery
No need to go out, get your medication deliver at your door. After consultation, we provide medication delivery service, allowing you to receive them at home. We provide 24 hours quick delivery (read FAQ for details), the pharmacist will provide health education guidance upon delivery to ensure that you fully understand how to take the medication correctly.

Ｑ Is the prescription valid abroad?
No matter where you are, this prescription is valid and can help you obtain the medication you need.
You can present the prescription to a local pharmacist, who will provide a substitute medication with the same ingredients and dosage. If the medication is unavailable locally, you can authorize the pharmacist to assess and provide an appropriate local alternative or over the counter medication to alleviate and treat your symptoms. If you encounter language barriers, you can use our 24HR emergency medical consultation service, where our doctors can communicate directly with the local pharmacist to ensure you receive the correct medication.
Ｑ What is the family group feature? How can I share it with my family?
The VIP Family Plan allows one VIP member to create up to four family sub-accounts, giving everyone access to shared benefits, including 24H Emergency Medical Consultation, Medication Delivery, Medication Consultation, and VIP Private Clinic Services.
The built-in proxy feature enables family members to make appointments and manage consultations for family member who need assistance. Family members can also join video consultations remotely through a shared consultation link, making it easy to stay connected and provide support wherever they are.
